Groby Tae Kwon-Do are a small and friendly family orientated Tae Kwon-Do club based in Groby and offer a range of family martial arts, children's martial arts and family Tae Kwon-Do classes to all people in Kirby Muxloe, Leicester Forest East, Ratby, Groby and the surrounding areas.
Experienced Family Martial Arts Instructors
The Korean military martial art of Tae Kwon Do is a very effective form of self defence, and Groby Tae Kwon-Do's instructors have built an excellent reputation for providing the very best family martial arts training in Tae Kwon-Do. The club's instructors are very experienced with Sheryl Freer and Jim McKenzie having competed successfully in many national and international competitions as well as several Tae Kwon-Do International world championships.
Sheryl Freer has over seven years' teaching experience and is the current ladies black belt world sparring champion.

The club prides itself on being family orientated and are able to offer starter packages for families so the whole family can train together!
There is no enrolment fee and no binding contracts and new students who are interested in Tae Kwon-Do are able to train free for the first month too!
Groby Tae Kwon-Do’s self defence classes increase confidence and fitness and are a great place to make new friends. Offering a range of family martial arts and Tae Kwon-Do classes which are available as either children's day or evening classes, these classes cater for people of all ages, young and old!
Forest East Tigers' Children's Martial Arts Club
Looking for a children's martial arts or self defence classes? Aimed specifically at young children (from the ages of 4 to 8), Forest East Tae Kwon-Do's classes will cover children's martial arts, tae kwon-do and self defence classes helping to build up their fitness and, above all, confidence.
The days and times for the tigers' club will be:
